One of the biggest turning points in my life was when I went to Jess' goals workshop. I felt like everyone around me knew what they wanted to do with their lives but I just felt stuck & lost. I’ll never forget the meditation Jess lead me through - seeing myself 10 years down the road. I was in Colorado in a log cabin, sitting by my fireplace with my dog. I didn’t have a dog nor had I ever been to Colorado, but I knew that is where I wanted to be. Goal setting towards this vision helped me find myself.
